SUMMER SESSIONS #5 @ WHISTLER WINES – FRIDAY 13TH MARCH 5PM-9PM

 

Join us on the Whistler lawns for the final instalment of our Summer Sessions this season.

We’re lucky enough to have TacoCat back again, bringing their Mexican style that we know and love.

Don’t miss this one, or you’ll have to wait until next summer to see what all the fuss is about!

SUMMER SESSIONS #4 @ WHISTLER WINES – FRIDAY 14TH FEBRUARY 5PM-9PM

 

Summer Sessions are back for another year, join us on the 2nd Friday of each month to unwind and relax into the weekend.

Each month our wines will be available by the glass or bottle for you to enjoy while kicking back on the lawns in the Summer sunshine.

Our fourth summer session of the series falls on Friday the 14th February – Valentine’s day.  What better way to say I love you than with delicious street food and Whistler wines!

Nugg Lyf will be serving amongst other things, some delicious real chicken nuggets and Tuk Tuk Catering will be on the case with tasty Asian inspired dishes.

Barossa Valley Ice Cream Company with also be serving icy treats.

Summer Sessions #3 – Friday 10th January 5pm-9pm

 

Summer Sessions are back for another year, join us on the 2nd Friday of each month to unwind and relax into the weekend.

On the 10th of January we are joined by Sookii La La and Forage Supply Co. We hope you are as excited as us to see what’s on offer.  Barossa Valley Ice Cream will be joining us, and as usual our wines will be available by the glass or bottle.

ROAST PORK – Soft steamed bun with crispy roast pork belly, pickle carrot,

cucumber, coriander and reduced hoi-sin.

CRISPY CHICKEN – Marinated crispy chicken with pickled carrot, cucumber, spring

onions and mild-spicy mayo in a soft steamed bao bun

 

DUMPLINGS – $13

PORK DUMPLINGS – Pan-fried homemade pork and vegetable dumplings served

with homemade mild chilli vinaigrette drizzle, fried shallots and watercress.

CHICKEN DUMPLINGS – Homemade chicken and vegetable dumplings pan-fried

served with homemade mild chilli vinaigrette drizzle, fried shallots and watercress.

 

LARGER – $15

CRISPY CHICKEN, PAPAYA SALAD & RICE

Crispy succulent marinated sweet chilli and lemongrass Chicken Maryland (boneless) pieces,

served with a refreshing papaya salad.

NUM PANG (CAMBODIAN BURGER)

Sookii La La’s crispy chicken pieces, grannie smith apples, rocket, Kewpie spicy mayo on a

toasted brioche bun served with chips.

MUSSAMAN BEEF + RICE (GF)

Slow braised beef in a sweet mild curry, hints of cinnamon, anise and spices with potato and

ground peanuts served with jasmine rice.

Summer Sessions #1 – REVISED DATE Friday 15th November 5pm-9pm

 

 

Come and join us for our first Summer Session of the season.

Due to the weather being less than desirable this coming Friday (13 degrees at time of event with high winds and possible rain in the morning) we have decided to move the 1st Summer Sessions to the following week.

Friday the 15th of November is the new date from 5pm-9pm.

For 15th November we welcome local food truck legends, Barossa Street Food, who will be serving up some delicious treats:

Prawn dumplings in a red curry sauce served on egg noodles  $15

Vegan Tofu red curry with Asian greens served on rice $15 (GF)

Steamed BBQ pork buns $5

Steamed vegetarian dumplings served with black vinegar

(4 per serve)  $8

Grilled marinated chicken brioche burger with Asian slaw and a sesame kewpie mayo served with fries

(Marinated tofu for a vegan option) $15

Barossa Valley Ice Cream will also be on site with their delicious frozen treats.
