SUMMER SESSIONS #5 @ WHISTLER WINES – FRIDAY 13TH MARCH 5PM-9PM

 

Join us on the Whistler lawns for the final instalment of our Summer Sessions this season.

We’re lucky enough to have TacoCat back again, bringing their Mexican style that we know and love, see below for the menu:

VEG NACHOS – $10 (Gluten free)

Nachos with mozzarella, refried beans, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.

 

BEEF CHILLI NACHOS – $12 (Gluten free)

Nachos with mozzarella, beef chilli con carne, pico de gallo, guacamole and sour cream.

QUESADILLAS – $10

Your choice of veg or meat filling with mozzarella or vegan cheese and salsa inside a 30cm flour tortilla.

TACO MENU – $4 EACH OR 4 TACOS FOR $15

Tacos served up on a 12cm white corn tortilla (all tacos gluten free).

 

SENOR GARY

Refried beans topped with potatoes roasted in an ancho chilli rub.

Accompaniments: feta and roasted tomato & tomatillo salsa (vegan option available).

Herbie’s Shrooms

Sauteed chipotle mushrooms.

Accompaniments: Smoked mozzarella, guacamole, coriander and rocket (vegan option available).

 

CHUCK LES

Slow cooked, shredded beef ribs, simmered with blackened tomatoes and roasted garlic in a tangy chipotle sauce.

Accompaniments: pico de gallo (chunky red tomato salsa), sour cream

SPEEDY GONZALEZ

Chicken cooked in guajillo and ancho chilli, shredded then combined with roasted red capsicum, jalapeno chiles, and sweet corn.

Accompaniments: guacamole, salsa verde (green tomatillo salsa) and sliced pickled red onion.

THE FANTAPANTS

Chorizo and mushroom tacos.

Accompaniments: Blackened tomato and tomatillo salsa, coriander, spring onion and rocket.

Summer Sessions are back for another year, join us on the 2nd Friday of each month to unwind and relax into the weekend.

Each month our wines will be available by the glass or bottle for you to enjoy while kicking back on the lawns in the Summer sunshine.

Our fourth summer session of the series falls on Friday the 14th February – Valentine’s day.  What better way to say I love you than with delicious street food and Whistler wines!

Nugg Lyf will be serving amongst other things, some delicious real chicken nuggets and Tuk Tuk Catering will be on the case with tasty Asian inspired dishes.

Barossa Valley Ice Cream Company with also be serving icy treats.

Christmas Trading Hours

On the 10th of January we are joined by Sookii La La and Forage Supply Co. We hope you are as excited as us to see what’s on offer.  Barossa Valley Ice Cream will be joining us, and as usual our wines will be available by the glass or bottle.

with homemade mild chilli vinaigrette drizzle, fried shallots and watercress.

Crispy succulent marinated sweet chilli and lemongrass Chicken Maryland (boneless) pieces,

served with a refreshing papaya salad.

NUM PANG (CAMBODIAN BURGER)

Sookii La La’s crispy chicken pieces, grannie smith apples, rocket, Kewpie spicy mayo on a

toasted brioche bun served with chips.

MUSSAMAN BEEF + RICE (GF)

Slow braised beef in a sweet mild curry, hints of cinnamon, anise and spices with potato and

ground peanuts served with jasmine rice.
