FRUIT SOURCE
80% from Scott Linke (Cnr Seppeltsfield Rd and Barossa Valley Way) and 20% from our Heysen Estate vineyard.

WINE MAKING
Fermented using wild yeast in open fermenters. Basket pressed and aged in second and third use French and American oak hogsheads for 9 months.

THE WINE
Named after our Great Grandfather, Albert Heinrich Pfeiffer, this wine shows classic blueberries, black currants and crushed black pepper on the nose. Soft and smooth on the palate with luscious dark fruits.
